LSmoke Limited 3 Month Warranty

LSmoke offers a limited warranty for all LSmoke vaporizers and E Cigarette Kits purchased from an Authorized Retailer. If you have any questions about authorized retailers or where to purchase, please use the appropriate links above.

How to Qualify

In order for your unit to qualify for our warranty, please retain the original receipt of your purchase from an authorized retailer as proof or purchase. Our limited warranty only covers unused and manufacturer defective parts within 3 month of the original purchase date from an authorized retailer.

Please be aware that due to the hygienic nature of some of the parts, the Limited Warranty does not cover Clearomizers, Liquid/Wax/Dry Herb Cartomizers, Mouthpieces or any attachment after the first use. All of the parts in which herbs, liquids and waxes are placed are disposable.

Any modifications to the unit will void the warranty. Attempting to disassemble the battery, charger or any other parts covered by the warranty without the express consent of LSmoke will void the warranty.

How to Initiate a Claim

Please use your preferred contact method to get in touch with us and describe the issue you are having with your unit. We need to know what unit you purchased, proof of purchase, date of purchase, malfunctioning parts and any other issue you are experiencing with the product.

What Happens Next?

Once a claim has been submitted, we will get in touch with you and instruct you on how to proceed. This can include troubleshooting tips, or instructions to send the defective unit to us for further testing. When shipping your parts, the consumer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the exchange. Please use a shipping method with includes tracking and insurance, as LSmoke is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
